The steam drum granulator has a large output elasticity. The drum granulator is a cylindrical type with good insulation effect. By using steam to increase the temperature of the material during granulation, the liquid phase required for granulation can be met, which can greatly reduce the moisture content of the material during granulation, reduce the load on the dryer, and improve the overall output.
By steam heating, the ball forming rate is high, the material temperature is increased, and the moisture content of the material after ball forming is reduced, thereby improving the drying efficiency. And it has a large output, low power consumption, and low maintenance costs. The drum steam granulator has a wide adaptability to production raw materials and can be used in combination with organic raw materials as required. The problem of wall sticking inside the drum granulator is quite serious, which directly affects the movement of materials, affects the ball forming rate and the roundness of particles. In response to this problem, organic fertilizer equipment has developed a polymer material movable lining on the inner wall of the granulator, completely solving the problem of material wall sticking and playing a role in anti-corrosion and insulation.
A rotary drum granulator, in which steam, gas ammonia, or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, and heavy calcium slurry are introduced to complete the chemical reaction and heating process of compound fertilizer granulation in the cylinder; Alternatively, a cold granulation process for adding a small amount of water to the compound fertilizer can be carried out. The materials that need to be granulated are rotated through the cylinder, causing rolling rotation when the cylinder is empty. At a certain humidity and temperature, they aggregate into balls, completing the granulation process.
