    Working principle
    • 1. Firstly, the materials to be fermented are put into the fermentation tank from the inlet through the belt conveyor. At the same time as the materials are put into the pot, start the main motor, and the main shaft is driven by the motor reducer to start stirring. Then, the spiral blade carried on the stirring shaft is turned over with the materials, so that the materials can be fully contacted with the air to start the aerobic fermentation stage.

Secondly, the heating system of the electric heating rod at the bottom of the pot which is controlled by the electric cabinet is used to heat the heating transfer oil in the mezzanine of the pot. And the temperature of the pot is regulated by the temperature of the pot is regulated by the temperature sensor which heating to achieve the best fermentation condition.
